Unique Marine Rescue Phootshoot
On Sunday 24th June 2007, Team members attended one of the largest gatherings of Coastal Rescue Emergency Services ever put together. All the units joined a group photograph to demonstrate the unity and team work between the different emergency services and also to show members of the public what resources are at hand should you require rescuing. The Units involved in the photograph were as follows:
The first image shows all the emergency services gathered together and is then followed by a selection of photographs of Brigade members preparing, participating and then relaxing after the photo shoot. (Apart from the first image, all photos are courtesy of and used with the permission of, Tynemouth 8).

Tynemouth Lifeboat are the last of
the units to arrive - (needing the tide level to be just right so they
could fit in without scraping their bottom and not because they wanted
to be fashionably late!)
